WARLOCK's - SHORT STORY

In 1942 Hal Ransome commands HMS Warlock in the world's worst war that mankind has ever seen. Escorting convoys thru the icy seas is not an easy task as the enemy lurks under the waves and above the cloudy skies. Earning the nickname "Ghost" HMS Warlock is the best that the British navy can have and the worst that the Admiralty has ever seen.
But 25 years before Blood Of The Knife Hal Ransome's story begins.

1917 WWI is being fought and Admiral Charles Porter is left to take care of his niece when his brother Commander Thomas Porter sets at sea. When the 4-year-old Hallie’s father dies, the family curse gets a new meaning.
This Short Story predates my book Blood of the Knife (still in writing).

HMS Warlock, the British Royal Navy destroyer and her crew did what was required and more. Now, three months later fate puts talents of the Warlocks crew at the test again. This time to against the old enemy and they both has records to set. To win Warlock has to rely on a new partner, a new ship with its captain and crew, but will this new captain be ready to reveal all the Warlocks secrets and trust them even the Warlocks captain so bluntly deceived him
